Description: How many birds do not fly

prolepsis9 - December 21, 2009 04:03 AM (GMT)
To go along with the "4 non-changeling birds that do not fly", there are also 5 rare vanilla creatures and 7 rare creatures that only have one keyword.

edit: 7 birds that don't fly!

How many elephants do not trample?

Hint: it is about half of them.

kingcobweb - December 21, 2009 04:17 AM (GMT)
before i look it up:

rare vanillas: a bunch of dudes from legends, isamaru

rares with one keyword: a bunch of dudes from legend, force of savagery, ???

edit: my trivia question that probably everyone knows: what card was printed at rare in alpha to throw people off of trying to figure out what the rares were?

FyrexianSurvivr - December 21, 2009 04:17 AM (GMT)
Vizzerdrix and Trained Orgg immediately come to mind.

Benthic Behemoth and Mahamoti Djinn.

Fuck seventh edition so hard.

Actually, that's a typo, there are 7.

It is hard to keep trivia consistent when they go off changing creature types at a whim.

I was counting it. There are 2 others (I belive) that can gain flying.

Uber_Mexico - December 21, 2009 03:10 PM (GMT)
I think a bird that flaps off the ground for short periods the way a chicken or a turkey might still counts as flightless.

4. Darba
5. Fledgling Osprey
6. Roc Hatchling
7.

One more. It's not printed as a bird, but it is very obviously a bird.
